The Role

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you'll become an important part of our sales team, helping buyers find their next home while supporting our clients throughout their property journey.

You'll receive guidance, training and hands-on experience to develop the knowledge and confidence needed to become a successful property professional.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Registering new buyers and understanding their property requirements.

• Arranging and conducting property viewings.

• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers.

• Following up enquiries and providing regular feedback to clients.

• Identifying opportunities to generate new business.

• Supporting property valuations and marketing activities.

• Negotiating offers and assisting with agreed sales as your experience develops.

• Maintaining accurate client records and keeping our systems up to date.

• Representing Daniel Property Group professionally within the local community.
