At Daniel Property Group, being a local estate agent means much more to us than selling homes. We live and work within the communities we serve, and we believe local businesses have a responsibility to support the people, schools, charities and organisations around them.

From sponsoring school events and supporting local fundraising to creating activities for families, we're proud to play our part in the places we call home.

Because community isn't a marketing phrase for us. It's part of who we are.

Schools bring communities together, create lasting friendships and help make an area somewhere families are proud to call home. That's why we're incredibly proud to support Great Berry Primary School and its PTA, helping with events, fundraising and activities that benefit pupils and local families.

From the school's Summer Fete, where we're proud to contribute a top prize for the raffle, to the annual Christmas Bazaar, we want our support to extend beyond a single event and develop into a lasting relationship with the school.

We also love finding ways to get local children involved. Our competition inviting pupils to draw their favourite memory from the summer holidays received some fantastic entries, with the winning pupil receiving a £100 Smyths Toys voucher.

These initiatives are about more than sponsorship. They're an opportunity to get involved, create memorable experiences and support the fantastic work being done by the school and PTA throughout the year.

Our community involvement goes beyond schools and family events. We're equally proud to support local people who go the extra mile to make a difference.

We were delighted to sponsor a local resident taking on the London Marathon in support of Children with Cancer UK, helping them raise awareness and vital funds for a cause supporting children and families affected by cancer.

Taking on a challenge like this requires enormous dedication, and we were proud to play a small part in their fundraising journey.

For us, supporting our community means recognising the people who make it special, celebrating their achievements and helping them make a positive difference wherever we can.

We don't believe community involvement should simply mean putting our name on a banner. We want to build genuine relationships, get involved and make a positive contribution.

Our partnership with Great Berry Primary School is something we're particularly proud of, and we have further plans and initiatives in place as we continue to develop our relationship with the school and PTA.

As Daniel Property Group grows, so will our commitment to the communities around us. We want to build relationships with more schools, charities, clubs, local businesses and community organisations across Langdon Hills, Great Berry, Laindon, Basildon and the surrounding areas.

Ultimately, we want to be known not only for the homes we sell, but also for the communities we support.
